• Session data: Session token stored in a cookie (expires after 30 days)
• Subscription data: PayPal subscription ID, tier, expiry date
• Usage data: Trade journal entries you create (stored only for your account)
• Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL – retained up to 30 days for security purposes

4. Third-Party Services

PayPal: Subscription payments are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. When you subscribe, PayPal processes your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We only store your subscription ID and status.

Google Fonts: This website uses Google Fonts loaded from Google's servers. When you load the page, your browser may connect to Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy. If you prefer, we recommend using a browser extension that blocks font loading.

5. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies:

• Session cookie: Required for login authentication. No tracking, no advertising.
• Cookie consent: Stores your cookie preference (localStorage, not a cookie itself).

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Server logs are deleted after 30 days. PayPal transaction records may be retained for up to 10 years as required by law.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal and never stored on our servers.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TradingSignals Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradingSignals Pro provides algorithmic trading signal information, performance statistics, an economic calendar, and a personal trade journal. All signals are generated by automated algorithms for informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that using trading-related services is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free plan: No payment required. Access is limited to active signals.
• Basic / Pro plans: Billed monthly via PayPal subscription. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your profile page.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store credit card or payment account details.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

For EU consumers: You have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of sign-up without giving a reason. However, by accessing premium content immediately, you expressly agree that performance of the contract begins immediately and that your right of withdrawal is forfeited upon first access to paid content. 6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: share your account credentials, scrape or redistribute signal data, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

7. No Financial Advice

All content provided by the Service is for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. See the Risk Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including reliance on any signal or data provided.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party API outages may cause temporary unavailability. No refunds are issued for downtime.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@enkeimedia.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email for material changes.
